Property & Maintenance Oversight
With more than 30 years of experience in building operations and property maintenance, Dave brings an extensive technical background in HVAC, engineering, electrical systems, water safety, fire and life safety, and building operations.
Dave holds multiple professional certifications and credentials, including BOMI and BOC designations and Fire Life Safety Director (FLSD) certification. His experience includes oversight of more than 3 million square feet of commercial and residential buildings in New York City, giving him an exceptional understanding of the complex systems and components required to keep properties operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Throughout his career, Dave has developed a highly trained eye for identifying potential problems before they become costly repairs or major disruptions. He understands how the many systems within a property work together and knows what to look for when something isn’t operating as it should.
Today, Dave brings that same level of experience, attention to detail, technical knowledge, and accountability to POMPO LLC. His goal is simple: to provide homeowners with a knowledgeable and trusted professional who can oversee their property and help give them peace of mind while they are away.

Victoria brings extensive leadership, administration, program management, crisis intervention, and professional client-relations experience to POMPO.
As a former Director overseeing programs across six counties, Victoria managed contracts, budgets, projects, staff, compliance, reporting, and collaboration with government agencies and community partners.
Her career has required exceptional organization, discretion, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to remain calm and responsive when unexpected situations arise—qualities that are invaluable when homeowners entrust POMPO with their properties.
